Shipping Policy

We ship orders using UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or GLS, depending on destination, package size, and weight.

Shipping costs are calculated based on actual weight and shipping method and will be charged accordingly.
Customers may also choose to provide their own pre-paid shipping label.

For U.S. customers, all applicable duties, customs fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Neo Smart Blinds is not responsible for delays or charges related to customs clearance.
