Defective or Incorrect Items Only

We accept returns only in cases of defective products, damaged items, or incorrect items received.

If you believe your order has an issue, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at

Please include:

  • Photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
